Machine Condition Review
The machine exterior, main functions, and visible components are checked before packaging. Removable or moving parts are prepared for transport.

Moving components, cables, doors, covers, and external connections are secured where necessary to reduce movement during handling and shipping.

DDP Sea Freight
A more economical option for heavy machines, multiple units, and orders with flexible delivery schedules.
Customized Machines
Production time depends on the required components, structure, branding, software, testing, approval process, and order quantity.
Estimated Total Time
These estimates combine approximately five working days for standard production with the expected transportation time after dispatch.

Laser Delta provides a confirmed pro forma invoice (PI) with the agreed machine, configuration, price, shipping terms, and customer information.
Documents for DDP Shipping
For DDP shipments, we work with the appointed logistics provider to prepare the documents required for transportation and customs clearance. Customers normally do not need to complete the import clearance themselves.
Buyer-Managed Customs Clearance
When a customer uses DHL, another express service, or their own customs broker, the required shipping documents are confirmed according to the destination and agreed trade terms. Additional documents are arranged when required and available.
Tracking for DDP Delivery
During international DDP transit, a FedEx or other local courier tracking number may not be available. Tracking is normally provided after customs clearance, when the shipment is handed over to the local delivery carrier.

Do you provide DDP shipping for laser machines?
Yes. DDP shipping is available for many destinations in Europe and North America, subject to the machine, delivery address, and current logistics conditions. Customers can choose DDP air or sea shipping when available. We will confirm the suitable option before the order is finalized.
How long does laser machine delivery take?
A standard machine normally requires about 5 working days for production. After dispatch, DDP air delivery usually takes approximately 15 days, while DDP sea delivery usually takes approximately 55 days. These are estimated times and may vary according to the destination, customs clearance, and local delivery conditions. Custom machine lead times are confirmed separately.
Do I need to handle customs clearance for DDP shipping?
In most DDP arrangements, the appointed logistics provider handles the import clearance process and the agreed duties and taxes, so the customer does not need to arrange customs clearance separately. The exact delivery terms and destination coverage will be confirmed in the quotation.
When will I receive a tracking number for my DDP shipment?
A FedEx or other local courier tracking number is normally available only after the shipment has completed customs clearance and has been transferred to the local delivery carrier. During the international DDP transit stage, local courier tracking may not yet be available.
Can I use my own freight forwarder or customs broker?
Yes. If your company needs to manage its own import clearance or has a preferred freight forwarder, please provide the relevant shipping instructions before dispatch. We will confirm the delivery arrangement and available documents according to the agreed trade terms.
