Laser Machine After-Sales Support

Laser Delta provides after-sales support to help customers diagnose machine problems, resolve technical issues, and identify replacement parts. Support is provided according to the machine model, fault information, warranty status, and agreed order terms.

How We Handle After-Sales Requests

When a machine problem occurs, clear information and step-by-step diagnosis help our technical team identify the cause and recommend an appropriate solution.

Submit Machine Information

Provide the machine model, order information, nameplate photo, error message, and clear photos or videos showing the problem.

Remote Diagnosis

The Laser Delta technical team reviews the information and checks whether the issue may relate to machine settings, operation, connections, software, or components.

Receive a Support Solution

Based on the diagnosis, our team may provide inspection steps, operating guidance, parameter recommendations, repair advice, or a replacement-part solution.

Test and Confirm the Result

Follow the recommended steps and test the machine. If the issue remains, send the new test results to our technical team for further evaluation.

For faster evaluation: Please provide clear photos, videos, error messages, and machine identification information when submitting your request.

Warranty, Repairs and Technical Support

Laser Delta provides warranty support, replacement-part assistance, remote technical guidance, and repair options according to the machine issue and warranty status.

One-Year Machine Warranty

Laser Delta provides a one-year warranty for the complete laser machine and a two-year warranty for the laser source. The warranty period begins from the date the customer receives the machine.

If a covered component is confirmed to have a quality-related problem during the warranty period, Laser Delta will provide the replacement part free of charge and cover the shipping cost.

Warranty period: One year for the complete machine and two years for the laser source.

Repairs and Replacement Parts

Consumable parts are not included in the standard warranty. Damage caused by incorrect operation, improper use, or other customer-related causes is also not covered by the warranty.

Laser Delta can still provide repair assistance for issues outside the warranty coverage. After the warranty period, required replacement parts and repair services are charged according to the specific problem.

Outside warranty: Paid parts and repair services remain available after the warranty period.

Free Remote and On-Site Support

Remote technical guidance is available free of charge, including fault evaluation, inspection steps, operating guidance, and replacement-part assistance.

If remote support cannot resolve the problem, Laser Delta can arrange an engineer to visit the customer’s site. The customer is responsible for the engineer’s service fee, round-trip airfare, and hotel accommodation.

On-site service: The engineer’s service fee, airfare, and hotel accommodation are paid by the customer.

Warranty evaluation: Coverage is assessed using the machine information, fault details, photos, videos, and diagnostic results provided by the customer.
